You know it is OK.. this last year has been tough for all of us Clay fans.. the unseen hatred that exposed itself really threw most of us for a loop for a while.. we just could not understand it..why .. what had Clay done.. what had we as fans done..to be honest the last few months I have taken a big break from the boards.. posting only occasionaly and in humor..for the most part... well tonight it all clicked with me..I have been watching everything taped or capped for the last few weeks.. and the one thing that stood out to me was Clay in LA..walking across the street. .and yes I was there and it did not even regrister with me..but looking back reliving that day and night.. brought it all to light for me..most great stars started off like Clay has.. thrown into the business.. uneasy.. uneducated .. unworthy of what they must have felt was headed there way..Elvis was crucified.. Beatles banned and damed..what I am trying to say is that every GREAT STAR or ARTIST..was treated as a threat.. they feared them.. they truly did not know what to think of them nor how to deal with them.. they were a threat to thier total existance..and they did not know what to do ..other than bash them..for thier own security..in watching what has occured this past year. .and knowing that Clay's fans are still there and are going no where without him.. and his fan base continues to grow..and how some fans are closet fans..for fear of ridicule..from thier piers..Clay is a repeat of Elvis.. I know the comparison has been made a hundred times over.. but it is true..this CD ATDW...IS GOING TO BE A CLASSIC ...you just wait an see..
