Christmas is one of my most favorite times of the year! I love the magic it brings to even the smallest child and the oldest adult. I have been blessed with many different gifts over the years but two gifts I recieved are the most special.

The first gift I recieved was when I was around 7 and my family didnt have a lot of money for gifts. The church we attended was so generous and gave our family gifts from some of the members. The gift I recieved was a beautiful bride doll! She had long brown hair just like me and her name was Caroline which was very close to my name. Although she wasnt new ; she was new to me and very special.
When I grew up and began buying gifts for family and friends I would always remember how special my doll was.I would try to put that same feeling into the gifts I bought so the people I bought them for would feel the same love and joy I felt.

My newest favorite gift came last year from my best friend. I have only known this friend for a couple of years and we didnt get along at all for the first few months of knowing each other. Then I invited her to a Christmas party I was having and she came ; after that we got to know each other better and became the best of friends. I love giving gifts to my friends and family and spoiling them in every way. Well, my best friend gave me a gift so priceless that only she knows how much it meant to me and still means to me. She gave me memories!!Kelly being the creative person she is made me a movie along with help from her daughters! A movie of pictures of all the places and things we had done during the year along with her daughters and family. She set the movie to a beautiful song sung by you Clay; When I See You Smile!! We were gathered around our friends and family and watched it and here came the tears! I have never felt such love and my heart was filled with so much joy and happiness that this wonderful person had came into my life and gave me this treasure.Their are no words to truly express what the movie meant to me. Their are no words to express the love and heartfelt gratitude I feel for my best friend and her daughters for my gift of memories.

 Most everyone can go out and buy a gift of some kind and I am one of them.
  For me though the  best part of this besides it being priceless is that I have a friend that is priceless also.
