You may know that I am a student. I attend Kaplan University and it is private and rather pricey. I am very unhappy with my job. They are working me long hours and I do not have time to study. My grades are suffering because I am so tired that I come home and basically go to bed. They have not given any of us a raise in over a year. They also denied me FMLA to help with my grandmother on the grounds that I needed guardianship. I am emotionally and physically drained and everything makes me cry. I really want to leave my job and live on the checks I get from college. I can help with grandma and get better grades too if I do. If I decide to, I will give them a notice in case I have to go back there for some reason.
