On Halloween, my young grandnieces Elise (18 months) and Maria( 4 months old) came to see us and were dressed as bumble bees. We haven't had as many trick or treaters in the past few years, but we did this year.

Elise hasn't figured out Halloween totally, but loves the candy! .She can't figure out why we're standing around the front door instead of going inside like they normally do when they visit;

Here's my mom dressed as a witch; It didn't scare Elise, because Mom put on the black hose on her head in front of her-she just laughed. Maria got too hot in her costume so we took most of it off while she was at the house. Elise tried to suck a lollipop with the wrapper on, then tried to suck on two at a time ! One of these pics is with Elise and her granddaddy(my brother); The sisters' eyes look funny due to some experimenting with red eye removal. So what's the buzz in the Clay Nation?
