I love every song Clay has ever sung, some more than others. There are two songs he has sung that bring me back to the spirituality I have lost through the years - MDYK and Emmanuel. I listen to both of these songs through tears. I am comforted by the words and emotions expressed idn these songs.
How does Clay do this to me every time? I want the whole world to feel what I feel when I listen to this man sing these heavenly songs.
I can't wait to see him in just a little over a week! I want to experience this awakening in person. If I feel transcended to another place when I hear Emmanuel through a download, I can't imagine how I will feel listening to it in person.
I pray that Clay continues to sing it. I often wonder about the chain of events that has taken place. A door was closed and another one was opened to allow Clay to sing this glorious song to us. Somehow I'm not convinced this wasn't part of God's plan.
