Since I can't always think of stuff to write, I'm going to resort to journal prompts. :)

Do you believe everyone has a gift? What's yours? *. Yes I do think that everyone has a gift, it's just a matter of hoping that God will reveal it to you and show you how to use it.

Gifts can be elusive and I think many people don't find theirs quickly because they are hoping for it to be something different than what it is. Not all gifts lead to fame, fortune, or even acknowledgement. Some gifts are complex and hard to fathom, while others can be as simple as being able to connect with others.

Mine? Hmm...jurys still out. I've actually been praying about it lately. My quick answer at the moment is that I believe it's how I see the world. That comes into play with my photography (I hope), because sometimes I can look at something, take the shot and have people enjoy it, then ask me what it was, or where I was... only to find out that they were with me the day I took it and had walked right by the same scene, object, person and hadn't noticed or thought twice.
