I know I ask for these alot, but I have more prayer requests....

My father in law is still looking for work. My mother in law is healing nicely from her broken bak but is not going to go back to work. So they are having even more financial issues.

My mother had surgery yesterday morning. I wanted to be there, but it was in High Point and I am in Raeleigh. My younger brother, who lives in Winston Salem, spent all day yesterday with her at the hospital and took her home this afternoon and is going to stay with her overnight tonight. I just talked with him, the surgery went well and she is sleepimg alot and taking her pain medication.

My mom has alot of health issues. Fibromyalgia, arthritis, graves disease, diabetes. Turns out my father is prediabetic. His mother was diabetic, so I really have to be extra careful. I just found out this weekend about my father.

Last Thursday, mom had to have a procedure done before yesterdays surgery. Last week it was a cardiac cathatarization. (Hope I spelled that right.)
Her heart looked clean but there was a spot belowone of her ears that needed surgery. Scared the heck out of me, knowing I couldn't be there.

I know I am probably just being a worry wart, but I don't care. She is my mom, the only one I have and I don't live close enough to her to take care of her in times like this.

So anyway, today they took care of that artey.

The strange thig was that last Thursday while mom was having her cathatarization, my father was having one tooat a different hospital. Apparently his left arm was numb, so they checked him. His heart was also clean and they decided he was just having nerve trouble with his arm.

With all these family health issues that could very well be and probably are genetic, it just scares me about my own health. My father is also in remission. He had melanoma.

So prayers for my parents please and also my in-laws.
