Fourth of July blessings to all those in The USA

Well the time has come that we are counting down a matter of days until our first 'Evening with Clay'. The Fourth of July should be an AMAZING night filled with music, clack, and MANY smiles. What will the surprise “project” be? I am thinking it's a very moving song that will touch my heart!! Well I am not sure but I can tell you this .. I love it already!!! LOL!! My first Evening with Clay will be this coming Saturday night in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I can’t WAIT!!

There is nothing more exciting than a long road trip with my friend Gus to see Clay! Gus is notorious for bringing a wide variety of music to listen to in the car during the trip. I think back to the drive through Chicago on our way to the Indy State Fair during the jukebox tour. Gus had made these CD's with everything from Opera to Disney show tunes! Cranking Opera music late at night while viewing the City of Chicago skyline now that's an experience!! HAHAHA!! It's never dull taking a trip with my friend Gus aka-TheTrixRabbit.

I've found myself listening to all the songs from ATDW, MOAM, and even Clay's AI2 songs! I can’t help but wonder which songs he will sing and how they will sound with a live Orchestra. I'm VERY excited to hear ‘Broken Wings’ and ‘Because You Loved Me’. I think about how fun it will be to see him sing ‘Invisible’ and ‘A Thousand Days’ live again and I grin. Oh and I just know that my heart will be moved by Moon River and Measure of a Man.

Well there are many fun moments to look forward to this summer. Gus and I have 50 hours of driving with our Tulsa and Columbus trips. It’s sure to be filled with memorable moments both on the road this summer with that silly trixrabbit and Clay singing beautiful Love Songs and a little Soft Rock in A Hard Place. smiling
