Where I've been
11/03/09Work. Okay seriously guys I've been working 30-35 hours a week and I have maybe two days off a week and I have been sick. (Shouldn't a flu shot keep that from happening?) When I have a day off all I want to do is sleep or read. Something I've been doing a heck of a lot of. The apartment is great everyone. Really, It really is. I don't like having to go to a laundramat to do clothes. (Did you know people leave while thier clothes are washing?) But I need clean clothes for work. Okay now I know I said I'd blog about the boyfriend before I left, but I totally ran out of time and I've been kicking myself about it. So here is. I am dating a guy I broke up with three years ago. Yes everyone I dumped him not the other way around. It wasn't really that momentous. I think we were just both young and expecting too much of the other. I had been single for 13 years. We did stay friends and the last time I broke up with a guy he was over at my house in ten minutes hugging me and letting me cry. It was wonderful. He's been very sweet and protective of me as of late and I finally asked him why he was acting so nice and he said "Well, after I broke your heart I figured I owed you that much." I was shocked. What happened to the 19 year old I knew 3 years ago. Oh yeah he grew up into a wonderful, loving guy. I didn't think he was still single after we broke up, but he took me to see Year One and after the movie I grabbed his hand and asked if we could talk. I pulled him off to the side next to the movie posters and I said. "Look I had a really fun time tonight and I sort of wanted to ask if you want to give us another try because.....because I really miss you." I fully expected him to say no, but he looked right into my eyes and said. "I miss you too. Let's try it." Then he hugged me and I have never had a better hug. He held me like he'd never let me go and for two months we have been together. He hasn't said he loves me yet, but I think deep down he feels it. It's one of those things you don't have to say all the time, it's understood. I bought him a gift for his birthday and made a flub in inviting him to the apartment. Not by inviting him, but in how I said it. I asked if he was working his birthday and he was like "No. Why?" I said "If you come over I might have a little something for you." I am not kidding folks those are the exact words that came out of my mouth. I quickly amended that by saying "And that is not meant to be as suggestive as it sounded." He laughed and so did I. We do things like that sometime. Well yall Tuesday is my day to get on so if you keep checking back look for a Tuesday blog. I'll try to post once a week. Oh and by the way. MC RIBS ARE BACK! (sorry had to get a plug in there) C yall later. Foever a Claymate Remix_girl
