North Carolina pop crooner Clay Aiken is in the news again. The American Idol finalist, who has been taking hits from the unconfirmed rumors about his sexuality, is once again making headlines.

Rumor has it that the elfin singer has been spotted in Las Vegas cavorting with a mystery woman in the casinos and taking in shows by both Cirque de Soloil and Barry Manilow. The couple were spotted Friday evening holding hands and snuggling to the beat of Copacabana.

Aiken, the 27 year old who lost to Ruben Studdard in the 2003 American Idol TV reality show, has been linked to various men in the tabloids the past few months, most notably, a gay porn star who claims he had unprotected sex with the Idol.

Aiken has been mum about the unsubstantiated rumors, but if seeing is believing, the crooner was touchy-feely with the woman, quite a bit older than he, while sitting in a back booth at the Manilow show.

The couple ditched the show in the middle, made their way to the elavators and disapeared.

Further investigation confirms that the woman with Aiken was one of his fans that he met at a Pennsylvania concert in 2005. According to several people interviewed on the casino floor, they were of the opinion that the lady was 'lucky' to not only get the attention of Aiken, but to go up to his room with him. The mystery woman was wearing blinky nipple lights.
