Needing a little break from the discussion regarding the TV Guide article. My blog seems like a very quiet place to post my own thoughts.

I loved the article. I think it said much about Clay's expectations of himself, which mean more than my expectations of him. Loved his honesty but all of the dissecting of each word, while typical and anticipated, is also giving me a bit of a headache.

I'm excited about his mention of the inclusion of Beatles' tunes in the JBT. The thought of Clay singing McCartney is something I will look forward to and treasure.

Just the fact that he is gonna do 100 songs (snippets or not) shows how Clay wants to please ALL of us. I, for one, am more than satisfied...with the article, with everything he said and with the man. If he were my son, I'd be grinning from ear to ear.
