Well Clay blogged.. so I guess I should too. Not that there is tons to say, but you have to keep up with the Jones you know... well in this case the Aikens.
Glad to hear that a new CD is on the way and hopefully a nice tour to go along with it. Sounds like a good plan to me.

But before I can make those plans I have to figure out how to find a decent airfare to Guatemala; one that won't have my husband's head exploding. My best friend Pattie is down their now with her new beautiful son Noah. HE IS JUST BEAUTIFUL!! She and her husband are adopting from Guatemala and finally got "assigned" their beautiful addition in late November. They headed down their on December 18th (Pat's B-day; what a great gift!!) and he has been with them since. There is so much paperwork and red tape and the like that they will probably not be back until May (hopefully sooner). Pattie has been down their on her own since January 1st since her husband had to be back to run his company. I've gotten emails and tons of pictures and a phone call just the other day; was so great hear from her (and Noah too cooing on the phone for me). I have to say Auntie Karen fell in love with little Noah right away. I wish I knew how to put pictures on here, but tech smart I am not. I got the most beautiful picture of Pattie and Noah together yesterday, they both had the happiest looks on their faces; Noah's toothless grin just made my evening. Pat's Mom and sister have been to visit, but a visit by Auntie Karen has been requested, LOL. I would love to go having never been in that part of the world. If anyone has any good, low airfare tips please pass them my way. Expedia wants close to $700 round trip and I would like to find something lower than that so sugggest away!!
