We have figured out, after much confusion and research, what caused our problem this past Saturday night. I'll be honest with you. It is sort of a confusing one.

The person (who was not even a member of the fan club) who hacked our chat was able to get through due to a minor glitch that allowed for username changes while in the chat room. This has since been updated and we don't anticipate this sort of hack to be able to happen in the future.

Please know that this person did NOT hack our fine website here, but rather the chat application system itself. Sort of a smarty, I guess!

I may be a nerd, but I couldn't figure out how to do something like that!

Still really sorry that it happened, and I want to apologize to anyone who may have been upset or offended by our unwelcome visitor. We'll do our best to never let it happen again. But please know, I would never say anything so rude or offensive intentionally. And, if you see such behavior happening... run for the hills!!

Either way... we believe that for now...
