Well, I am JUST NOW starting to get ovver the depression I fell into after Jericho was cancelled. I am still holding out hope that the folks at CBS will do us the favor of, at least, giving us a two-hour movie to tie up the loose ends left by the show. Pray. Pray. Pray.

In the meantime, I thought you all might be interested in knowing that I have entered into a new relationship...

...with a new TV show that, while very different from Jericho, is just as engaging! I found her on iTunes!

It is sort of a dark comedy about a family of con artists who take over the lives of some rich folks who have died in a car accident. It is really heavy at times... but it can be extremely funny too! I can't remember when I have laughed out loud at a show when watching it by myself like I have with this one. And it really isn't a comedy.

Be forewarned...it's sort of hard to get through the first episode, because there is so much that goes into setting up the story (remember how the first episode of Jericho was with all of it's backstory set-up? --- worth it though, huh?) but once you get into the second episode it really starts getting great. I am so hooked on it now. I love the characters. It really is one of the freshest, most original shows that is on TV now, I believe. Minnie Driver is in it, and she SOOOO deserves the Emmy for this show. She is brilliant! If you get the chance, check it out. Again, be patient with the first episode and into the second, and I think you will love it. Be something great to pass the time while we are waiting to see each other this summer. Gonna be an interesting show when we see each other then, too!!
