Well, the electric panel got done, got inspected very quickly, and the electrician finished up completely a week or 2 ago. Now I'm waiting for the HVAC company to come to install the new furnace. I'm on the waiting list. 3 weeks ago they had 6 houses ahead of me, so I've got to be getting close. Luckily, it hasn't been very cold yet.

I can't wait to see how much of a difference being on all electric and having more insulation and a new furnace will do to help my electric bill this winter.
