Yes. Ice melt. My icemaker died, so I have taken to freezing water half way up in a plastic tumbler. Then I add water. Voila, ice water. Ice melting makes the most curious noise, as it makes room for the unfrozen variety to displace the ice block. Yes, I need help. The most ridiculous things make me laugh.
