That's how long I've been off work...

Perspective. It's all about perspective.

Some days it feels like it's been longer. Other days, like today, it feels like it hasn't been long enough. :)

I've been running around taking care of details such as returning uniforms, rolling my CalPERS over into an IRA (I am 40 afterall), applying for a duplicate ss card (I've misplaced mine), applying for Unemployment Benefits (ugh), posting online resumes (double ugh), going through my closet to update my work wardrobe (I've been wearing a uniform for the last 7 1/2 years!), and throwing out/donating everything that doesn't have a place in this tiny apartment. :)

Whew! Well, now that's done it's time for a little Guitar Hero with my daughter! :D
