Should the fans be consulted before the deciding the direction of Clay's next album?

while I think it is kinda cool that Jaymes Foster-Levy has registered here at the fan club, and is asking for some input...I wonder if she was really ready for the deluge of opinions she got from the thread she started. The Clay fanbase is so varied in tastes and ages, that there's never going to be agreement on the type of songs he should sing. Personally, though...I want Clay and Jaymes to follow Clay's heart, soul and mind regarding this next album...and the album after that...and so on, and so on, and scooby dooby dooby.

Back for More has me captured and tied up and thrown into a closet. It is a great song, and the hook is killer.

The two new ballads, Just You and 1000 Days -- hmmm, I need time with both of them. I'm a "music" person, not a "lyric" person, so that gets thrown out the window right away. If I have to go with melody -- 1000 Days wins. I can sing it now; I can't with JY.
