Hi to all who responded to my blog. I’m not much of a writer but it’s a nice way to meet some of you other than on CV. Loved hearing from all you Doris Day (and offsprings of DD) fans. Some years ago I visited my optometrist and his receptionist’s name was Doris who had changed her name to Dodi because of Doris Day, too. This woman made me take 2 steps back because she looked very much like DD—same color hair, same hair style—she even had freckles! When Clay came along, I knew I had found someone to enjoy as much as I enjoyed her.

To the Frank Sinatra fans – I remember when he sang in a band and saw all of his early pictures. He was constantly being compared with Bing Crosby – talk about a competition! I enjoyed FS’s TV show but lost interest when he became involved in lots of unpleasant things. My favorite FS song is Ole Man River.

Yes, it’s great to have 3 generation Clay fans and we’re are all excited about Clay’s upcoming concerts (Toms River and the Borgata for us). Can’t wait!

EmeraldEyes - Yes, Queensmum has musical talent. I‘ve sung in choirs and done musical stage shows for years and most of my family was involved. Ask her about Jesus Christ Superstar, Free-To-Be, and West Side Story. Also, ask her how she met her Clayton!!
