I woke up this morning to five comments and 81 hits on my blog. That is why I am surprised. I really thought I would never change it off :) Happy. But thanks for the interesting comments.

Art tip of the day today is a simple one if you use Macromedia Fireworks. There is a great way to make your own watermark then use it again with a click.

Type the words you want to use for a watermark. Click on Effects>Bevel and Emboss>Raised Emboss now see where it says Show Object with a check by it? Uncheck it. There is your watermark! But you want to use it on all your with that one click, right?

Go to your History panel, select the actions you used: Text and Set effects, now click on the Save button at the bottom of the History panel. A dialog box will come up, save your command with a descriptive name. Now when you want to use it again, you can go to Commands on the File Menu. Your custom watermark should be listed. Click on it and your watermark will be added to whatever picture you want. You can also use the Batch command.

No recipes today. It is a fast food day. Or Mexican food at the local cantina.
