I have to agree with the person who said that Clay should never be put into one of those AI contests or polls again. He is beyond that, and the whole thing is silly and umimportant. To have a very flamboyant young man, who hasn't even put out his first CD, win the title of "World Idol", makes it all seem laughable.

Aside from all of that, the voting did bring all of the Clay fans together once again in a common cause, and that was a good thing. I felt a real comraderie with this unique and wonderful group, and had a little fun doing it......so it wasn't all bad. We proved that the love of really good music, and a really, really great voice, just can't be forgotten. Not today! Not ever! Clay has given us everything we ever wanted in music, and we will never leave him for the current noise of today.

Congrats, Claymates, for the extreme effort you have all put into this. In so many ways we won. We proved that when so many so-called Idols come and go, we remain staunch and true to our one and only.
