Before I go into my story, I must confess that Il Divo's music gives me chills. The Spaniard's deep booming voice gives me chills (not Clay chills but.. ;) )

I bought my new Honda CR-V on Saturday. "Glacier Blue" is her color - it's a pretty cool name for her too (better than ol' Betsy).

She's an EX trim. My first moon roof, keyless entry, daytime lighted, tinted window, 6 cd player car. I "treated" myself and I'll worry about the increase in payments later! :0

I was nervous driving her to work the first day and I feel like a bully - 100 miles round trip. My baby, Glacier Blue, only had 5 miles on her when I bought her, now she has over 300! Well, that's why I buy new every 3 1/2 to 4 years. I'm perpetually in car debt but I need the peace of mind of a car that's not going to break down on me (hopefully).

My last CR-V was a "Mojave Mist" or as Marty "lovingly" called her "brown". I still snicker everytime I think of his reaction to the color I selected, "you got a BROWN car???". She was pretty in her own right and hopefully she's being bought my someone that will put only 10,000 miles on her annually instead of 25,000.

Anyway, I'm psyched! :D
