I'm packing, I'm packing! I'll be off at dawn's break tomorrow to meet up with Forever Young in NJ and then we'll continue our trip south to DC. I'm looking forward to the trip though driving to strange territory is a bit of a challenge for me; when God gave out senses of direction, no one sent me the memo. But give me a full tank of gas, a credit card in case it gets unfull too quickly and a gas station attendent who will (hopefully) set me in the correct direction and I'm good to go.

I'm watching Clack and reliving my Mohegan Sun concert, but it's the repartee that I think I'm enjoying the most. Clay is so quick with a retort - a comeback - a comment - sometimes I think I'll get whiplash from all the verbiage that goes back and forth (and at break the sound barrier speeds to boot!)

But I think that as much as I'm looking forward to seeing Clay sing to me live and in person, I'm looking just as forward to seeing the CH members - my Clack House Sistahs (and a few brothahs for good measure!) Clay's got himself one heckuva fandom, y'all. Sweet, generous to a fault, funny as all get out and intellectuals without the presumptuousness, women (and men)in whose company I am most looking forward to spending time.

Clay Aiken's good for friendships and getting out and enjoying life, y'all.
