1st leg of CITH

The opening night of Clay's Christmas in the Heartland Tour was in Wichita, Kansas - Clay's first performance in a church! I never thought I would go to Wichita! The first concert is always the best as you don't know what is happening. Clay knows how to put on a fantastic Christmas show! I absolutely loved Welcome to our World! He sings it just like a lullabye, a very nice ending to the first part of the show. I also love the Jingle Bell Medley. Love it when he does that pizazz part!

Of course, the best part is when he hits the glory notes and did he ever! WOW!

The other venues we attended were: St Louis, MO South Bend, IN Waukegan, IL Kalamazoo, MI

In St Louis, South Bend and Kalamazoo, Clay looked right into my camera! Thud! Be still my beating heart! Check out my pics at the Clayboard. Just please don't bring them over to the OFC. Thank you.

In Kalamazoo, we got stuck in the ice-storm and couldn't leave Kalamazoo for 2 days! Yikes!

2nd leg of CITH

My family and I went to the last 5 concerts: Cleveland, OH Minneapolis, MN (2 nighs) Omaha, NE Merrillville, IN

Of all the concerts we attended of the 5 during this week, we found that Clay was extremely playful, chatty and happy in this concert!

Orchestra Hall in Minneapolis was a tough location for security. Add Orpheum Theatre in Omaha to that list.

Merrillville was great in that it was clack night for all! Thank you, Clay! Had great seats and was able to take great pics of Clay! Earlier on that aftenoon, my sister and I went to pick up my tickets at the Box Office. Then we heard Clay singing! They were rehearsing! Then we noticed that was a change in one of the songs - MGUCL. We didn't post about it as we wanted it kept as a surprise for ClayNation.
