Ummmmmmmm,I've had this feeling for such a loooooonnnnng time. . .
In many cases it seems to me that the fandom is so wrapped up in what they (we) can do, how clever we are, how sensible we are, what a force we are, how lucky Clay is to have us, etc., that simple Clay, his heavenly voice, and what he does for us (why are we still here in the first place?)is at the bottom of the list.
Oh, it's complicated I know, it just gets to me when we as a fandom start patting ourselves on the back, as if Clay has become a stepping stone and his goal is only suit what we like, . . .
Well, I know what I am trying to say. . .but that's enough. . .
