Well, apparently, the meet & greets have gone out for the two Clearwater shows...and neither my daughter Kris NOR I won any. I don't know why I feel like this, but I am beyond upset. =o( I haven't been to ANY of Clay's solo concerts...I haven't seen Clay live since February 2004...that's ALMOST TWO YEARS!! This is the first time I am seeing him live in a LOOONNNNGGG time, and it really would have been nice for at least ONE of us to win a meet & greet! Kris's 21st birthday is December 22nd, and it would have been a terrific birthday present! But noooooo....of course not. I have NEVER been lucky...NEVER. I should have KNOWN that neither one of us would win...I don't know why we even bothered to enter.
So, does anyone care to join my pity party?? Sorry, I'm just really upset about this...REALLY upset. Whoever routes Clay's tours needs to remember that FLORIDA is a state, too....he didn't come here for his last two tours! (Not counting the JNT 04.) What are we down here, chopped liver or something?? How about remembering US on the next regular tour? WOULD BE NICE.
I just get sick & tired of reading how the rest of the country are going to a GAZILLION of Clay's shows, and Kris & I get to go to NONE...yep...a big fat GOOSE EGG. Can't afford to go all over the country to see Clay. I have to wait for him to come here. And it's been a LONG, LONG wait.
