Seems a reminder is need of who exactly puts the "FAN" in Fan Club! Ummmm...that would be us...the paying members.
I do NOT expect OFC presales to guarantee me great seats. I do however expect OFC presales and offical complaint processes to WORK as intended!
When these personal presale codes were posted I was curious about the idea. The typical "how will these work", "will they curb the broker buying", etc. questions were running through my head. But, I was also worried about what types of bugs might show up. I tried to be optimistic, I really did!
My fears were realized when I tried diligently to purchase tickets for the Greek Theater using my personal OFC presale code. :( Ticketmaster will only allow us to search for 2 tickets at a time! WTH? My family wants to sit together!! sigh
Thankfully I was able to get the 4 seats together that I needed using Greek Theater's presale code. But what a letdown as an OFC member.
Seems everyone wants to pass the buck on this "problem". Fanclub says to contact Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster refers me to the Fanclub. Grrr! Help tickets say any report directed to the wrong department will NOT be answered, yet the correct department is NOT listed as an option to contact! Ugggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh!! (That's me screaming!)
Okay, I feel better! I've sent an email to Ticketmaster, called Ticketmaster, sent a help ticket to GLOBAL on OFC and posted asking a mod to help. I've done all that I've been asked to do!
I have all the tickets I need to purchase, so this no longer is a problem for me, but I feel badly for those who still need to buy if this problem is not addressed!
