Hello, my name is Linda (as I made it quite obvious), and I'm from the big, scary place of New York City. Although Staten Island is part of NYC, it was a nice place to be raised. I realize now how lucky I was. I had the best of both worlds.

****I currently work as a "Creative Trainer" for "The Apple Store" teaching customers how to use the software applications that come with their new Mac computer. I also teach professionals more advanced software applications for creating websites, movies, digital photography, and music.

 ***I'm 34 yrs. old and I'm still single.  (I learned from my older divorced siblings, that marriage is not something to be taken lightly).  My parents, on the other hand, were born in Abruzzo, Italy, met and married in Cincinnati, Ohio and have been married for 49 years now.****

Clay's voice blew me away on American Idol....I don't think anyone else who has been on that show really compares. It's also nice to see someone more conservative become successful. It's rare in this time.

I have struggled with clinical depression throughout most of my adolescence. I sometimes post at the Depression Discussion/Support thread located at the OFC's message board under "General>Get Acquainted". I think it's terrific Clay has a fanclub where we can discuss these things. If anyone would like to discuss anything on the topic, you can join me there.

  • Happy Belated Thanksgiving

    hi all,

    want to wish you all a very happy thanksgiving. hope you had some yummie food. i'm getting ready for the holidays. starting up the "wrapping for inclusion" for the bubel/aiken foundation. may even do some promo on it or something on my website, so you can see pictures of the wonderful high school students who participate in helping us raise money.

    glad to see "all is well" on itunes. i've been working for apple computers for over a year now, so i'm always happy to see clay on itunes!!....(even though, of course i have the cd from last year)...

    i've also had the opportunity to "teach teachers" how to use a program on the computer for autistic children. it's a great program and it's very visual. it's called boardmaker. i'm really glad they have something like this. my career has been a "whirlwind" since i began last year...you can tell, i'm sure, with all apple has produced within the year... iphone and all....

    i'll be back soon, hopefully with a calendar or wallpaper for you. talk to you soon.
