About bettelew2004
I have been a Clay fan since the beginning. Skinny cute Southern boy stole my heart at a time in my life when I needed to know I was still alive. I am 65 years old. I still work for a CPA as a paraprofessional. Been there for almost 30 years. I am looking forward to retirement so that I can travel around to see Clay and all the wonderful friends I have made over the last 5 years. I have 3 daughters with wonderful husbands and 4 beautiful Grandchildren whom I adore. I am a widow, alone 9 years on July 22, 2008. I enjoy movies, friends, Clay, jazzercise, some work, Clay, traveling, planning to travel, Clay, computer time, cooking, Clay, meeting new people, Clay, music, Clay. I think you get it.

I miss you Clay
11/21/06 2 CommentsHere it is, summer vacation for Clay. You know the Clay Droughts are hard on us fans. However, you are back from your trip for UNICEF and once again have brought us information about Somolia. It is sad that we need to be reminded to make a difference, but it is something that you do well. It is a pleasure to be on your team and share what I have with these less fortunate. I watched the UNICEF program on Sunday night and saw those precious children. I thought to myself "There but for the grace of God go my Grandchildren, who are happy and healthy. I have donated in their names and have encouraged them to set aside some "fun money" to donate to the cause. I miss seeing you out and about, Clay, but I so honor what you are doing for the world of Children. When you are rested and ready, I will be waiting to start traveling to see you yet again. Stay as wonderful as you are and be true to yourself. That is what I love most about you. Well, along with the voice, the personality, the talent, the humility and everything else. I wish you happiness and rest.
