Well MLB kicks off for real on Sunday night as my beloved White Sox play their rivals the Cleveland Indians. Last year was so magical; one can only hope that it happens again, but I know that it may not.. BUT A GIRL CAN DREAM!! Go White Sox!!
Well I have to admit that I am watching Idol and while I definately subscribe to the theme Idol Found Game Over.. I have to admit it's fun to watch. I have my favorites.... Taylor, Mandisa, kind of Chris and Katharyn. So last night was a bit of shock to me with Katharyn being in the bottom three and ultimately one away from being eliminated. I didn't think anyone did that well on Tuesday, but Katharyn certainly wasn't the second worst. We'll see if her fans rebound next week and get her out of danger. Now if someone could just explain why Kellie is so popular that would be great. To me her act is getting old. I find it hard to believe that anyone can be that .. well ... uninformed. And Simon saying she is better than Carrie Underwood is beyond my comprehension. Carrie is not the best performer with her caught in headlights look, but as an owner of her CD I can honestly say she can definately sing and I might add MUCH better than Kellie Pickler.
Well Kellie and Bucky should be in seventh heaven next week with the country theme. I imagine that Chris will challenge himself with some sort of southern rock, lol. I bet he's kicking himself for already doing "Walk the Line".
Now for CLAY. LOVED the fitting pics; the boy knows what we like, great tush shot and loved the socks!!
Also glad to see Rodger still in the picture after his promotion and all. Now if we could just get a confirmed date, I along with I'm sure everyone else would be thrilled.
Another thing.. the whole Clay/Taylor thing on Idol the other night was Simon at his Clay obsessed best; but what is Paula's excuse... oh that's right she's so out of it she probably thinks she's back in season 2 again.
Well here's hoping that boyfriend let's us in on the big plan and QUITE SOON.
Off to enjoy a few minutes of the 60 degree weather we are having before the thunderstorms start.
