So,
You know what's sad? There is only one more hour left of Christmas in great ol' New Ken, PA and to me, it still doesn't feel like Christmas at all. Anybody ever have that feeling? It really saddens me because I normally get that silly giddy warm feeling every year... and this year, nah, nothin. Is it because I'm growin up and gettin older? God, I hope not.. because I still have a loooong way to go.
ANYWAY, my relatives from Texas and New York didn't come to PA this year. It's always been a routine for them all to come to Green Tree, PA to my aunt's house. They've done this ever since I was born and they didn't this year. It kind of disappointed me a bit.. hurt a little; because my Grandfather died earlier this year and we all miss him so much. I thought that when they visited us that we would be a stronger family because of my Grandfather's death. But, they didn't come this year. And the highlight of my year is to see my cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents every Christmas. My cousin and I were talking about it and I teared up a little bit. It happens.
this is the first blog I've EVER posted in my life, quite proud of myself. I'm a newbie to this site and mind you, I believe it's freakin awesome!
