Montage: Seduces Me by NoMistakin'Aiken...
Honestly, the best thing about this montage is the very last picture. No disrespect here.. its just that good. But I'm getting ahead of myself.
This is a GREAT song for a montage... I realize there's another version of this sung by a guy singer, but Celine OWNS this song. Anyway... NMA uses gorgeous photos--many taken by Tasapio and many by Karen Eh-- to illustrate the mood of the song. So beautiful photo after beautiful photo appears to the dreamlike sound of Celine's haunting voice.
As a montage, its pretty simple and straightforward. No real bells or whistles. Most of the photos move in toward the viewer, and she employs the fade technique of moving from one incredible image to the next. Once in awhile, she varies this with a turning page transition. NMA wisely lets the photos and the song do the seducing...
At the very end, there is a short clip from WDC in Columbus, where Clay leans Angela back toward the camera and you see the LOOK on his face... guh. This is followed by an incredible closeup of that moment taken by the appropriately monikered GodBlessedClay. sigh And yes, I would like to paper the walls of my house with this photo. What.
So if you are in the mood for a gorgeous song and incredible close-up photos of Clay with those amazing green eyes and exquisite cheekbones... this is the montage for you. Like, who DOESN'T like those things? Heh.
