hey fellow claymates :]

so, about me...hmmm...my name is chelsea and im sixteen years old. im from nanaimo, a small town on this tiny little island called vancouver island [note my username: vanislandgirl. get it? haha] in beautiful british columbia, canada. i live for my family, my friends, and music. my friends are absolutely amazing.

music is pretty much my thing. some of my favourites are clay aiken[duh], michael buble, blake lewis, simple plan, and kelly clarkson. im really into jazz lately too..im loving martin taylor, mark small, and nick vayenas at the moment. can't wait to see martin again in the fall! and simple plan! woohoo!

i love to play music as well! i currently play piano, tenor sax, and clarinet. i play tenor in two jazz bands and a combo, and i play clarinet in two concert bands as well as the musical theatre orchestra. i play piano on the side just for fun!

i love to travel. to date ive been to canada, the states, holland, england, belgium, mexico, and france. if my dream comes true, i'll be adding australia to that list one day.

houseMD, gossip girls, greys anatomy, hells kitchen, the bachelorette, jon & kate plus 8, and take home chef are a few of my favourite shows right now. i sorta like TV, can you tell? favourite movies are superbad, juno, PS i love you, the other boylen girl, i am sam, and 21.
