As a regular of the OFC chatroom, the question recently has been if any information about the upcoming tour has been leaked. Since we've heard little bits of information, but nothing set in stone, I decided that I would give Clay and his Team my opinion on the atmosphere for his upcoming tour.
Since he just finished ATDW, this tour will most likely be a promotional tour. Knowing that the CD is all love songs, the atmosphere should be intimate, small venues, no big arenas.
I can picture the venues having dark red crushed velvet curtains infront of the stage. The house lights are dimmed when you enter. Strategically placed are candles lit around the house.
As the house lights go black and all that's left are the candles glowing, the curtains part to show one solitarey baby grand piano. around the piano are two stools in front and that's it.
William Joseph steps out on stage in a black tux, sits down and introduces Angela and Quiana. They step out in black velvet dresses and take their respective seats on the stools.
William softly begins to play "My Funny Valentine," Of in the distant all most like a whisper, we hear OMC. Looking around to see where it's coming from, a single spotlight shines down 5th row center. There sitting in a seat is OMC. As he stands up in his black tux, red tie, white shirt, POP, and black shoes, he has in hands a bundle of longstemmed red roses.
Walking around while singing, he hands one rose to every lady in the house, along with placing a gentle kiss on their hand.
Clay or Team Clay.... I said this in the chatroom and they all loved it. If you should come across my blog and like the idea please, by all means run with the idea. I would be honored to help in anyway I can. Just don't forget to credit me and allow me to kiss OMC on the lips as a thank you.
